This well cushioned Yoga Mat is designed to be tough and can withstand jumping movements, Pilates, gymnastics, aerobic and pregnancy exercises. The Mat is durable and hard wearing and provides a good sound and vibration insulation.
The Yoga and Pilates Mat has a closed-cell surface which will prevent perspiration from seeping into the mat and breeding bacteria and the textured grip will help even out the surface you are using and prevent any creases sometimes experienced with other mats.
They come in a variety of colours and provide soft cushioning to protect your knees and bottoms from the hard floor.
